Housing Information and Forms

Most housing forms can be found in StarRez. Students can access StarRez through the chiclet inÌý.

  • Fall 2025/Spring 2026 Housing Agreement (PDF)

  • Information is available online in yourÌýSpartanStartÌýportal. New students should submit their housing application in StarRezÌý after deciding to attend UÕ¬Äе¼º½ and making the required deposit.
  • Returning Resident Room Selection
    Only current residential students (including those studying abroad or interning through UÕ¬Äе¼º½) may participate in this process.
  • Summer Housing Information
    For more information about summer housing, please visit the page above.

  • This form is for students attending classes in the summer and in need of on-campus summer housing. Students must log in to StarRez via MyUÕ¬Äе¼º½ to access the application.

  • This form is for current residential students in need of on-campus housing over the winter break.ÌýStudents must log in to StarRez via MyUÕ¬Äе¼º½ to access the application.

  • If a student has dropped below full-time student status and wants to remain in the residence halls, they must complete this form for approval.ÌýStudents must log in to StarRez via MyUÕ¬Äе¼º½ to access the application.

  • This form is for continuing students. Vacancies will be filled from this list only if spaces are available or become available at a later date. There isÌýno guaranteeÌýthat students will receive an assignment on campus by being on this list.ÌýStudents must log in to StarRez via MyUÕ¬Äе¼º½ to access the application.
