Campus Laundry
For your convenience, the campus laundry rooms are equipped with High-Efficiency (HE) washers and dryersÌýfree of charge. For best results, use HE detergent. Always follow the manufacturer’s directions on the detergent bottle label, since it’s specially formulated for HE machines. With HE washers, less detergent is recommended to get the cleanest clothes. Pre-measured HE liquid packets are also recommended.ÌýLaundry machine issues should be reportedÌýby completing a Maintenance Request.
Students are encouraged to be considerate of others, clean up after themselves, and set a timer to retrieve their items in a timely manner if they do not plan to stay with their laundry.Ìý Any items left in the laundry room for longer than 48 hours will be considered abandoned property.Ìý Abandoned items are disposed of by housekeeping staff on Tuesdays and Fridays.ÌýÌý
Laundry Service
To provide a hassle-free laundry service option to its students, UÕ¬Äе¼º½ has partnered with Õ¬Äе¼º½ Laundry Company (TLC), a family-owned Õ¬Äе¼º½ business known for its fresh approach to pick-up and delivery laundry services. TLC will wash, dry and fold your laundry, all semester long. Students use a free TLC laundry bag they fill and drop off to the TLC vehicle parked in front of the Sykes Building or at the front desk of the Barrymore. TLC washes, dries and folds the laundry, and returns it at the next pick-up time from the TLC vehicle parked in front of the Sykes Building or at the front desk of the Barrymore. It's that simple!
